About the Event

This session will provide you with insights and practical tools to help you do both.  Using a simple and effective conflict management tool, you’ll learn principles to help you manage conflicts wisely and explore a self-assessment to help you understand your default conflict management style.  Learn how you may need to flex to manage different forms of conflict and work towards the best resolution.

In the second half of the session, we’ll explore how to have bold conversations that will increase awareness and help modify behaviour, especially with challenging employees. Take home a useful template to help you prepare well for difficult conversations.

Who should register?

If you’re an experienced or emerging leader or a high-potential contributor who wants to grow in your leadership skills and accelerate your impact, this session will give you an opportunity to learn and engage with other leaders, facilitated by Doreen Harvey, a Human Resources Consultant, and former C-suite executive.
