Estate Planning Challenges and Human Reproductive Technology

Reproductive technology has made it possible for many more couples to become parents. But is has raised some challenges in the ways we deal with donated reproductive materials when the donor dies. It has also changed the way we think about our estates on death. We will explore the law around the use of reproductive materials, who are interested parties to this and what we might need to think about in the way we draft our Wills and Powers of Attorney in light of who our possible legal heirs could be!
