This informative presentation will focus on the “nuts and bolts” of providing forensic accountant services in support of personal injury litigation including:
- Discussion of the various torts, like motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls or dog bites, and etc.
- What are the heads of damage (e.g. cost of care, income loss); how to calculate damages.
- Information specific to motor vehicle accidents (e.g. calculating income replacement benefits, and income loss for tort claims).

- Preparing reader-friendly reports, like loss of income reports or cost of care reports, for legal counsel.
